The Leadership Team
Bruce Dickie, CPM®
A seasoned real estate professional with over 12 years of experience specific to property management. Bruce previously worked with a large scale residential brokerage where he managed 250 residential properties throughout Anne Arundel County. He has also worked with a Baltimore regional management company as a Senior Property Manager where he managed over 500,000 SF of commercial properties including retail, medical office, condominium and industrial properties.
Bruce has extensive management, transactional and accounting knowledge which helps clients feel comfortable with becoming a Landlord. He is a lifelong Marylander dedicated to helping clients achieve the maximum benefit.
Bruce earned a B.S. in Finance at Salisbury University - Purdue School of Business, he is a Certified Property Manager and an active member with the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is also a Realtor and a licensed real estate agent in the State of Maryland.
Matt Offutt, MSRE
Prior to starting Mariner Real Estate Services, with his partner Bruce Dickie, Mr. Offutt previously worked at Marcus & Millichap in Washington, DC in commercial real estate sales. He then worked for a large regional property management company as Vice President of Property Management where he managed over 600,000 SF of commercial properties including retail, office, medical office, condominium and industrial properties. Matt has over 20 years of experience with all facets of real estate transactions and hands on property management experience.
Matt earned a B.A. in Economics at St. Mary’s College of Maryland and an M.S. in Real Estate at Johns Hopkins University-Carey Business School. He is also a licensed real estate agent in the State of Maryland and an active member of the Annapolis Yacht Club.
